Project and photo/video request forms


The Office of Public Relations and Communications (OPRC) collaborates with administrators, faculty and staff to evaluate story ideas and identify appropriate resources to help meet your communication goals. We must be strategic in projects we undertake to ensure that we focus on initiatives that best communicate DePaul's strategic goals, brand messages and mission to internal and external audiences.

If you would like us to help you with a communications project, please complete the following forms, including the separate form for photo/video requests. Before doing so, please review OPRC FAQs to determine if we are the right office for your project.

Please submit time-sensitive requests at least four weeks before the event date or deadline of your project. For bigger projects, please consider involving us in planning stages of the initiative. After we evaluate your request based on DePaul's communications priorities and your communication needs, we will provide a recommendation within a week.
